2. Core Content
| Course Introduction: | Working in a confined space may look routine, but hidden hazards can still be dangerous if not managed properly. This refresher training helps you revisit the key risks, reinforce correct procedures, and refresh your use of safety equipment—so you can continue working safely and confidently. |
| Learning Objectives: | At the end of the course, the participant will be able to: i. Describe the fifteen (15) elements of the confined space safety programme. ii. State the five (5) elements in relation to Emergency Procedure. iii. Be familiar with the common confined space entry equipment, (i.e. Gas detector, ELSA, PPE and etc). |
| Course Topics/Modules: | Module 1: Confined Space Safety Programme. Module 2: Emergency Procedure. Module 3: Confined Space Entry Equipment. |
