Dr. Barhanuddin Khalil is a seasoned logistics and supply chain management professional with over 32 years of experience. He holds a Ph.D. in Supply Chain Management from Murdoch University, Australia, and a Master's in Management from Asia eUniversity.
He began his career at Hitachi Transport System (M) Sdn Bhd, where he spent 14 years managing various logistics operations.
He then worked for 13 years as a Logistics and Supply Chain Executive at Honeywell Aerospace (M) Sdn Bhd, specializing in import/export and dangerous goods handling.
Since 2012, Barhanuddin has been involved in lecturing and training in logistics, collaborating with several institutions. He is now a freelance trainer, sharing his extensive expertise with the next generation of logistics professionals.

IR. Ramendran A/L Ulaganathan is a trained mechanical engineer with over 23 years of working experience.
He has a bachelor's degree from University of Malaya and holds a First Grade Steam Certificate of Competency issued by the Department of Occupational Safety & Health Malaysia.
In addition to that he is a registered Professional Engineer with Practicing Certificate with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) and Corporate Member of the Institute of Engineers Malaysia (IEM). He has served in various manufacturing facilities namely paper & pulp mill, oil mill, glove factory, vegetable oil refinery, oleo chemical plant and feed mill as their resident steam engineer.
Currently he is a visiting steam engineer and boiler and steam systems consultant. He also conducts utilities, boiler and machinery audits for clients.
OSH-C TRAINER / CONSULTANT
Prame Kumar Nair is a certified Safety and Health Officer (DOSH) with a
Certificate in Safety & Health from NIOSH and qualifications as a Lead Auditor for
OHSAS 18001:2007, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 9000:2015.
He has extensive experience in establishing certified OHS and Environment
Management Systems, notably for F&N Dairies Malaysia, F&N Foods Vietnam,
Monash University Malaysia, and Berjaya Higher Education Sdn Bhd. In addition
to achieving certifications such as OHSAS 18001:2007 and ISO 14001:2015 for these
organizations, Prame has provided expert advice on legal compliance with key
regulations, including the Factories and Machinery Act 1967 and the Occupational

Mohammad Zailan Bin Siwan has over 19 years of experience in Health, Safety &
Environment (HSE), operations, and Human Resources across manufacturing,
construction, and oil & gas sectors. He specializes in Technical Safety Skills
training, including Safety & Health Officer courses, Scaffolding Competency, and
Working at Height.
He also serves as a part-time lecturer, speaker, and team-building facilitator at

Mr. Poobalan Tana Shingam holds a Master's in Finance from UNIMAS and a
B.Acc. (Hons) from UM. A Chartered Accountant (CA) and certified HRDF Trainer
since 2015, he is also a Company Secretary accredited by MIA.
With over 21 years of experience, he has conducted training programs on
Accounting, Auditing, Taxation, Leadership, and more, collaborating with LHDN,
RMCD, and other authorities across Asia and ASEAN. He is currently the Group
Financial Controller at Pets Corner Sdn. Bhd. and has served in roles such as
Lecturer, Chartered Accountant, and Audit Assistant.
Actively involved with MNAWF as Treasurer and Internal Auditor since 2010, Mr.
